Description
Cham Cake
One of the best things about living in Malaysia is you get to “cham” between different races. Having said that, it is also possible that you will come across the signature drink of Chinese coffee shops which is a mix of coffee and tea. We are transforming locals’ favourite cham drink into a sponge cake that is rich with chocolate, tea, and the wonderful flavour of coffee! If you have doubts, the coffee cream on top of the cake will give you vivid hints about why people are raving about this cake (we bet it’s a good one).

The taste of cake is not bad because the sweetness is acceptable

Interesting combination as most ppl just prefer coffee or tea , not Cham . But it worked ! I personally prefer the fruit chantilly cake , but it’s still pretty good . So it’s 4 out of 5 :-)

Yummy. Tastes very much like tiramisu with slight tinges of tea. Just melts in the mouth with the right amount of bitterness and sweetness.
