   First of all, the customer service is awesome! Prompt response, patient and despite numerous questions and requests, always answered with a cheery tone. Well done on that!

   The taste is really good, we ordered the Salted Caramel based on the recommendation. It’s not too sweet, although for some people who prefer a saltier taste to their salted caramels, this might not suit them since there isn’t much “salty” aftertaste.

   The reason why we couldn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of the design. Understand that due to the limitations of the design provided by us, the baker could not exercise his/her creativity too much. But the initial reaction was quite disappointing when my in-laws received the cake, they thought it looked Abit bland. And resorted to decorating it with blueberries to bring out the wordings. (Refer to the before and after pictures)

   Thank goodness they loved the taste and many people asked for second helpings!
