- To lead our fondant & designer cake department, and create new cake design every month
- Prepare customize fondant and buttercream cake for birthday party and events
- Decorate cakes ensure it’s perfectly presented
- Monitor stock, order from supplier, and check receiving ingredients quality. Responsible for minimizing spoilage and utilize ingredients surpluses.
- Maintain high standard of hygiene and clean practice at all times in work area
- To solve any technical issue and problems faced by the team in baking
- An extremely hardworking person with strong self-discipline and pro-active.
- Willing to work 6 days per week, we close on major public holidays.
- Must have at least 1 year of working experience in doing fondant or buttercream designer cake.
- Highly creative and meticulous in making and decorating cake.
- You must be able to accept new challenges, handle stress, and chase tight date line in making customize cake (p/s: we hate people who always say this cannot do, and that cannot be done).
- Must have own transport motorbike/car (public transport not convenient here) and willing to work in Kuchai Business Park.
- After confirmation, you will have commission and profit sharing.
