Terms and Conditions
1.0) General
1.1) Picture shown are for illustration purpose. The selling price is for the cake, fruit topping (if any), chocolate decoration (if any), cake box and candle. This does not include other decorative items or utensils.
1.2) All chilled products such as cakes and chocolates must keep refrigerated at 2°c – 6°c, whereas dry products such as cookies are to be kept at room temperature and not exposed to heat, direct sunlight, and high moisture area.
1.3) The actual color of the product may vary slightly from the photo shown, this can be due to a number of factors, including differences in lighting conditions and display settings on your device.
2.0) Refund & Cancellation
2.1) Order and payment made are not refundable.
2.2) Customer must ensure that the delivery address provided to us is within our coverage area.
2.3) Any address provided is not within our coverage area, we will only be able to give full refund to you in cash voucher with 12 months validity.
2.4) Any cash refund to customer bank will incurred a deduction of 5% bank processing fee from the total purchase amount.
2.5) Orders could be voided if information given is incorrect or purchaser/receiver is not contactable.
2.6) Eatnovation Sdn Bhd has the right to cancel or refund any order placed given notice for whatever unforeseen reason that it is deem to.
2.7) Any cancellation and changes related to the order, customer required to give us at least 48 hours of prior notice from the delivery time.
2.8) For customized product order, no cancellation or changes can be made after payment made.
3.0) Payment
3.1) All the payment has to be paid via credit card, debit card, online banking, or e-Wallet by Ipay88 and PayPal
4.0) Delivery
4.1) Delivery is available from Monday to Sunday except major public holidays. Our delivery coverage is Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. For Johor Bahru and Pulau Pinang coverage is not available at this moment.
4.2) Any cancellation and changes related to the delivery, customer are required to give us at least 48 hours of prior notice from the delivery date.
4.3) All our products will be ship by our appointed third party logistic company, during the delivery transit, all responsibility will be passed between the logistic company and the customer.
4.4) Customer’s orders will be deliver as selected date by customer, and in the event if our delivery partner fail to deliver, we will fully refund with the condition that the goods has not been received.
4.5) Please note that we are unable to promise on the specific delivery time slot selected as it’s only a preferred guide time due to traffic condition, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances. Neither the delivering company nor our company will be responsible or compensate for any loss incurred in the delay of delivery date or time.
4.6) We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer such as incomplete address, incorrect contact number, receiver ‘s contact number unreachable or any other incorrect details provided by the customer (sender). This inclusive if there is no representative to receive the item during the delivery at any time.
4.7) Customer(sender) must ensure that on the delivery date, delivery address, receiver availability and the receiver’s mobile number is reachable. There may be a driver who will contact the receiver for availability before delivery, and there may be a driver who will contact the sender for guidance if they are not able to locate the correct address provided.
4.8) Our delivery partner’s coverage area could change from time to time without prior notice. Eatnovation Sdn Bhd has the right to cancel and refund any order placed, with prior inform to the customer if the address is not under our coverage.
4.9) In the absence of the receiver during the delivery, re-delivery can be arranged with additional charges.
4.10) Self-collect option is not available for total cart value below RM25.
5.0) Return
5.1) Receiver required to check the goods in well condition upon signing the received. Upon signing,all risk and responsibility will passed to the receiver.
5.2) As our company deal with food, hygiene is very important therefore all goods customer received are not returnable or refundable even if it’s not opened.
5.3) In the event if the product damaged or not in good condition upon delivery, we will arrange one-to-one replacement on the next earliest available delivery, provided the returned product has not been opened, consumed, or left with at least 80% remaining.
5.4) Any issue with the product must inform to us within 12 hours upon received provided customer followed our storage term and condition
6.0) Vouchers
6.1) All vouchers issued by our company is for only one time usage per account.
6.2) Eatnovation Sdn Bhd reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions or substitute by replace the Voucher with another product or program of equivalent value from time to time without any prior notice.
6.3) Eatnovation Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible or liable for any following circumstances:
i. Customer’s purchases, or during redemption of the Gift Voucher;
ii. Inability to redeem the Gift Voucher due to lost or misplaced voucher code;
iii. Unauthorized use of the Gift Voucher by any person(s) not approved by customer.
6.4) All voucher is valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher and voucher will void after validation date. The validity period cannot be extended.
6.5) All vouchers non refundable, transferable or exchanged for cash or any other products in kind.
6.6) Eatnovation Sdn Bhd has the right to reject any claims that do not agree to these Terms and Conditions.
6.7) Only one voucher applicable per order/invoice.
6.8) All voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other voucher or promotion code.
6.9) Vouchers only applicable for normal price items.
6.10) Junandus cash vouchers sold on Junandus website are only available to purchase as an add-on with the purchase of any other items.
6.11) Eatnovation Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change term and condition here in without any prior notice
7.0) Junandus Reward Point
7.1) Only applicable for Junandus’s registered customer
7.2) Every point redeemable for any item at Junandus website except promotion item
7.3) All each rewards point earn redemption expired in 180 days
7.4) Every RM40 accumulates for 1 point.
7.5) Minimum 10 points of rewards point for redemption
7.6) Reward point redemption cannot be used in conjunction with other voucher or promotion code
8.0) Junandus Member’s Birthday Gifts
8.1) This offer is applicable for members who had registered Junandus account , and with any purchase in Junandus store .
8.2) This offer is valid for member’s birthday month only. For example, if member’s birthday is on 31st July, member can redeem the free gifts within 1st July to 31st July.
8.3) This Birthday Gifts are limited to one time per customer, and free gift is subject to stock availability.
8.4) Free slice cake is only limit to the range of RM15 sliced cake.
8.5) This promotion deal is valid from 7th August 2023 until 31st July 2024.
8.6) The redemption is only applicable in-store at Junandus – Kuchai Business Park & Junandus – Fortune Park outlet.
8.7) Eatnovation Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change term and condition here in without any prior notice.
9.0) Hari Raya 2025
9.1) This Hari Raya Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Eatnovation Sdn Bhd and is valid from February 24, 2025, to April 30, 2025, or while stocks last (whichever comes first)
9.2) Raya Cookies Promotion: Buy 4 Free 1 for Raya Cookie(s).
- Offer is available for mix & match between raya cookies series, dodol series, gift set series and kek lapis series.
- Customers must manually add the free item to their cart to enjoy the offer.
- The free item(s) will be the least expensive set in the customer’s cart.
- If the free item is not added to the cart, it will not be included automatically, and Eatnovation Sdn Bhd is not responsible for unclaimed free items.
- Example: If a customer purchases two (2) Premium Dodol, one (1) Kek Lapis Sarawak Masam Manis, and one (1) Almond Chocolate Tart, they must add one more item to their cart to receive the free item.
9.3) Free Money Packet
- Customers who purchase any 2 items from the following categories will receive a randomly designed Raya money packet:

- Customers who purchase any Raya-themed cake or cupcakes will also receive a free Raya money packet.
- The free money packet is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to stock availability.

9.4) This campaign is only valid for online purchases made through www.junandus.com.my.
9.5) The offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, bank discounts, vouchers, or special privileges.
9.6) Eatnovation Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify, cancel, shorten, or extend the campaign period without prior notice.

10.0) Ramadhan Sliced Cake Deal
10.1) This campaign end on March 30, 2025.
10.2) The free sliced cakes will be the cheapest items in the cart.
10.3) Customers must add the free sliced cakes to their cart during checkout.
10.4) The respective promo code (RBS21 or RBS32) must be applied to activate the deal.
10.6) The promotion is valid only for purchases made within the campaign period.
