Ordering

Q: Can I order through phone?

A: To save your time and ensure order details accuracy, all orders must be made online and pay by IPAY88 (online bank transfer, debit card, credit card, or PAYPAL(Overseas Payment). Customers may contact our Junandus customer care line at +6019-5103768 for guidance on how to place an order online.

Q: Can I make changes or cancel my order after the order is confirmed?

A: Yes, any changes or cancellations to your order, the customer is required to send an email to care@junandus.com.my and contact Junandus customer care line at +6019-5103768 with at least 48 hours of advance notice. We will not be able to make changes or cancellations if the notice given is lesser than 48 hours.

Q: How to check back Order ?

A: You may go through the Junandus website MY ACCOUNT to check back order details and order’s payment.

Q: How many days in advance is needed to place an order and arrange for delivery ?

A: Junandus do have same-day delivery and also accepts pre-order. Customers may place orders as stated on the website.

Q: How to place order for self collection ?

A: Customer may place an order from the website and choose self-collection before proceed to check out.

Payment

Q: What form of payment method do JUNANDUS offer/accept?

A: We accept Credit Card (Visa, Master, American Express), Debit Card, Paypal, and Online Bank Transfer(FPX). All online transaction information will not be kept with Junandus.com.my and it’s all processed by the most reputable PAYPAL & IPAY88 secured payment gateway.

Q: How do you know if your order and payment has been successfully went through?

A: For all successful orders, customer will receive a confirmation email with the order number and details. Do check your junk/spam mail box if it’s not in your inbox.

Q: [GrabPay] What is PayLater Instalments?

A: PayLater Instalments is a payment method for you to spread your online shopping bill into 4 interest-free monthly installments. When you activate PayLater, you get instant access to a PayLater Amount that you can use at any of our PayLater merchants.

Your monthly installments will be deducted automatically from your GrabPay balance or a linked card. Once you’ve activated PayLater, you’ll be entitled to both PayLater Instalments and Postpaid.

Q: [GrabPay] What is PayLater Postpaid?

A: PayLater Postpaid allows you to consolidate payments for Grab services (e.g. rides, food, and deliveries) and purchases from online partners on a monthly basis, interest-free. When you activate PayLater, you get instant access to a PayLater Amount that can be used for your Grab and online transactions.

At the end of the month, your transactions will be consolidated into a single bill that you can settle using your GrabPay balance before the due date. Once you’ve activated PayLater, you’ll be entitled to both PayLater Instalments and Postpaid.

Q: [GrabPay] Will I get GrabReward points if I pay using PayLater?

A: An easy way to track if you’re earning GrabRewards points for your selected Grab payment method is to check it during the checkout flow. GrabRewards points is awarded for every PayLater Postpaid transaction.

While PayLater Instalments does not currently award any GrabRewards points, you can look out for our various exciting promotions and merchant offers for great value at our merchant directory.

Delivery

Q: Delivery coverage location/area by JUNANDUS is ?

A:  Currently Junandus delivery service in Malaysia is limited to Kuala Lumpur and Selangor(selected areas). Junandus do not ship internationally. Customers may check our delivery coverage areas HERE.

Q: What time will customer order be delivered and can customer specify an exact delivery time?

A: Upon checkout you will have the option to select your preferred delivery time slot (9am-12pm,10am-2pm,12pm-3pm,12pm-6pm,2pm-6pm and 3pm-6pm) for delivery in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (selected areas). However we are unable to provide exact time delivery or facilitate other delivery time frames other than the stated, as all orders are taken out for delivery from one area to another, and also it’s subjected to traffic condition and weather.

Q: Do JUNANDUS do same day delivery ?

A: Yes, same-day delivery is available for selected areas in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C, and it has to be ordered before 2 pm daily for the above-stated zone. As for Zone D, the customer is required to place an order before 12 pm daily. Customers may refer to our delivery area and zone HERE

Q: How do customer track order or check if the order has been delivered?

A: There will be an email notification send to customers when the order is out for delivery. Also, there will be a SMS notification send to the recipient when the order is on the way for delivery.

Q: Is there any charges for delivery?

A: Delivery is FREE for purchases above RM159(selected areas) except for Zone D. For purchases below RM159 a minimal delivery fee will be incurred, kindly refer to the respective states delivery fee at the menu bar above, alternatively you may refer to the delivery fee HERE

Q: Do JUNANDUS deliver to hotel, factory, office or house?

A: Yes JUNANDUS provide doorstep delivery to houses, office, factory, and for hotel delivering driver will only deliver up to the lobby or reception.

Q: Can customer self-collect instead of delivery ?

A: Yes, customers may opt for self-collect from JUNANDUS HQ, which is located at Kuchai Lama. Address: J-0-6 & J-0-7, Kuchai Business Park, No.2, Jalan 1/127, Off Jalan Kuchai Lama, 58200, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Product & Storage

Q: Can write message on the cake?

A: Yes, JUNANDUS does write messages on the cake upon request. Customers may leave messages under the “Message on cake/cake board” column.

Q: How long can I keep my cake / chocolate / cookies?

A: As all JUNANDUS products do not contain preservatives, cakes are best consumed within 3 days, chocolate to consume within 1 week, while cookies to consume within 3 weeks.

Q: Will cake box, knife and candles provided for the cake?

A: Yes, a cake box and cake knife will be provided for all cakes order. Customers may select the number of candles on the product page.

Q: How do I keep the cake / chocolate / cookies when I received it?

A: All cakes and chocolates must keep refrigerated (2°c – 6°c) at all times before serving. Cookies to keep in dry room temperature, avoid direct sun contact.

Q: Are your products Halal?

A: All Junandus products are 100% alcohol and lard-free. All processes and ingredients are properly screened through to ensure our customers can enjoy our food with peace of mind.
