⚠️ Food Labelling Laws Malaysia

All our nutrition claims are following Malaysia Food Act 1983 and Food Regulation 1985 strict standard.

In Malaysia, making false, misleading, unapproved, or nutritional and health claims without facts (example: low sugar, low fat, sugar-free, sugar-less) on food products or advertisements is a serious offence under the Food Act 1983 and the Food Regulations 1985. Offenders face a maximum fine of RM10,000, imprisonment for up to 2 years, or both upon conviction.

We encourage consumers to look for verified lab test reports when evaluating health claims from any food brand. If a brand claims “low sugar, low fat, zero sugar, sugar-free, sugar-less” — always ask for the proof.
