Butter cake is not rich enough. Ipoh’s Nancy butter cake is still the best. May be you can try for reference. Just my comment.

The texture of the cake is stony hard.
However thanx to admin , replace with delicious red velvet cake.

My wife thinks the butter cake doesn’t go well with the mango passion fruit. I’m satisfied with the cake but the butter cake turns out to be a bit too hard even though we just keep in the fridge, not like the sponge cake.
