- To bake cake according to the SOP given by chef
- To prepare ganache, whip cream, layer cake, and assemble cake
- To decorate cake and ensure they are nicely presented to customer
- Monitor stock, supplies or ingredients
- Assist chefs in new product creations
- Rotation of work in different departments including hot kitchen, cold kitchen, decoration, and packaging department
- Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all time in work area
- Must be willing to work 6 days per week, in our central kitchen at Kuchai Business Park, Kuala Lumpur
- A hardworking person with strong self-discipline and pro-active
- No experience can also apply, complete training will be provided
- Previous working experience in a pastry kitchen will be advantageous
- Must have own transport motorbike/car (public transport not convenient here)
- After confirmation, you will have commission and profit sharing
