Customer Service Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To build close relationship with customers, leading the customer service team ensuring customer satisfaction level are put at top priority, and having high repeat purchase from customers.
- To answer customer’s inquiry via various channels including email, phone call, live chat, whatsapp & facebook messenger.
- To resolve customer complaints and find immediate solutions.
- To quote prices for customised wedding cake, birthday party & corporate events .
- Be the main person to liase with marketplace, collab partners, and key corporate clients on their orders and complaints .
REQUIREMENTS:
- Workaholic who priorities work, take career seriously & hungry for success.
- Below 40 years old, with at least 2 years of working experience in customer service field is required.
- Independent, matured & strong problem solver. Able to make quick decision and handle stress well when there’s complaint.
- Candidate must be very fluent in English speaking & writing.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama and possess own transport.
