Our house-made Salted Caramel sauce, rich in flavor and aroma, is drizzled on top of crispy almond flakes, with a crunchy and fluffy biting texture. That’s what we call satisfaction. The vanilla pastry cream is also infused with caramel sauce to give it an enhanced flavour but won’t make your cake overly sweet, making it perfect for everyone.
It was very well packed in an ice box and secure. The cake taste and texture was excellent.

Everybody loved the cake as it was light and not so sweet. We ate it as a birthday cake after a very heavy dinner ! My husband loved it and had 2 servings as he said it was not heavy but the Mille feuille crepe was easy to eat
