I order a Belgian Chocolate Mousse cake for my daughter’s birthday. The cake is superb good. I upgrade my order from 0.5 kg to 1.0 kg but delivered cake was 0.5 kg. However customer service reply promptly after my email complain and refund me the difference. They also apologize as due to MCO they had a lot of order and miscommunication and offer me a RM10.00 discount voucher as compensation for their mistake.
