    Verdict: nice to behold but falls short on taste. Found the pastry a bit too dense, making it hard to cut.
    a little too sweet. Icing was ok but too thick — as thick as the cake itself. Much prefer a thinner spread.
    Overall still a good bite in the mouth. Ratings — 7/10.
    Birthday girl gave it 6/10
