Christmas won’t be the same without a Log Cake. Resembling a chopped off branch, this Log Cake, however, doesn’t taste like an actual branch. Just like a Swiss roll, the taste of this rich chocolate roll cake is exceptionally fudgy and decadent, with dark chocolate ganache on top, dusted with snow powder.
At first, the cake was a bit hard to cut into but it was actually surprisingly quite moist! Perfect size for a party of 12-13 pax ☺️
