2. Passion Fruit Yogurt Gateaux
Passionfruit Jelly, Yogurt Mousse, Almond Jaconde and Milky Chocolate Ganache as insert. Decortae with a noble nest-like piping with Yellow Neutral Jelly and Chocolate Decoration.
3. Exotic Coconut
Coconut Dacquoise Base, Mango Passion Cremeux, Exotic Gelee and Coconut Chantilly. Dipped with Dark Chocolate and topped with Mango Fruit Filling & Pandan Leaves.
4. Hojicha
Hojicha Sponge sandwich with Hojicha Cremeux and Hojicha Ganache. Dipped with Nutty Milk Chocolate, Hojicha Cream and Chocolate Feather.

Good that the chocolate is not sweet, but preferred lighter mousse and thicker cake layer than mousse. Dislike the rubbery top layer, maybe it’s fondant. The add-on bunny flower is tiny for that price.
