This strawberry and cream sponge cake makes a really lovely engagement/wedding cake too if we say so ourselves.

Absolutely love this vegan cake! Its sweetness is just perfect (not too sweet) and as for the strawberry jam, it’s lovely. I’m surprised that the vegan cake tastes like normal dairy cake but in a much healthier way. Perfect for vegan and everyone! Only downside is the cream is too much maybe could add more strawberry jam to balance. The delivery time is accurate. Overall, 9.5 out of 10
