Our signature vanilla mille crepe is made with layers of paper-thin handmade crepes. Between the layers were spread with a light layer of vanilla pastry cream that will literally melt in your mouth. The pastry cream in our vanilla mille crepe is infused with the world’s finest vanilla beans from Madagascar to give it a very unique vanilla cake flavour that you can’t find anywhere else.
It was beyond my expectation, I am not a cake fan but mille crepe is one of my favorite since it is very light & not dense, just right for after dinner time. Try to eat it with dragon fruit, it was marvelous! Keep up the great bake Junandus team 🙂
