Apple Cake
Our apple crepe cake is made with a light vanilla pastry cream and topped with diced apples that are soft-cooked with a dash of cinnamon to enlighten the perfect flavour. This is a cake that will remind you of the good old days’ apple pie made by your grandma, not overly sweetened, just perfect.

The cake was nice and delicious although still a little too sweet for us (my parents mentioned that the topping and the cream between the crepe layers could do with lesser sugar so that it won’t be too sweet). Overall it was a little more to the sweet side, they loved it, including my little one year old nephew Darius.
