One of the inferior burnt cheese cakes i have tasted. Not moist in the center. Too sweet. I tried cos of the good experience with ur crepe cakes. And cake size was closer to 7″ instead of 8″. Was this cheese cake done by a junior baker?

The bottom is burnt, and very dissapointing cos its meant to be my nieces birthday cake.
