This cake is covered with smooth and not-so-sweet buttercream and comes with Under the Sea creatures and mermaid tails. It really does make you feel like you're in the deep ocean! The rice paper is a wonderful addition to this dreamy cake as it looks like a  whirl of coral. This is a must-have for all Under The Sea and Mermaid fans!
