The customer service team was excellent in handling my requirements, they give genuine answers, if they can accommodate special request they’ll let you know, else they’ll give possible alternative.
The cake was definitely very presentable and pretty. Understanding that it was meant for a school function, they chilled it well enough to last through the night.
