One of the best cake combinations by the Japanese has got to be the matcha sponge cake paired with red beans. Using the finest Japanese matcha that’s rich in flavour and aroma, baked in our fluffy sponge, with our slow-cooked sweet red beans, layered between 2 layers of milky pastry cream, making it a cake that’s light in texture and adequate in quantity. It’s a good option for those who love healthy treats!

The cake boasted a beautiful emerald green color, accentuated by delicate white frosting swirls and the fruits were a delight. The sponge was a revelation!
