We finished the cake within two days and that is saying something because we usually take a whole week to finish one whole cake. Taste wise is very yummy, the sweet level is just nice and well adjusted to the sweetness of the Biscoff cookies. It seems like a no bake cheesecake as the texture is very creamy and ice-cream-like.
