I felt the combination of taste was well balanced. Loved that the cake was not sweet. I tried just having a small piece and it was sooo good, I had to go back for seconds. Actually I had a hard time deciding as so many cakes had such good reviews. Am pleased with my first purchase with Junandus and they will be my top go-to cake specialist.
