First time purchasing. Taste OK, texture can be improved. I prefer opera cakes that have crunchy bits inside

I ordered this cake all the way from KL before their opening in PG and the taste was way better than the one I recently ordered from PG. To be honest, I’m a little disappointed that the cake turns out dry and hard.
